We value our customers and Intimate Specialists and their privacy. All personal information is used to ensure efficient processing of your selection. This information is used by our staff for contacting and identifying you about your needs. We will not give, sell, rent, or loan any personally identifiable information to any third party, unless we are legally required to do so or you authorize us to do so.

Information Collection & Use
Our registration forms require client hosting a party or registration of an Intimate Speciality to give us contact information (like their name and email address and phone number). The customer contact information is used to contact the vistor for the sole purpose of information filled out within the registration form. For example, problems with selected hosting dates, questions about Hosting A Party or becomming an Intimate Specialist, order processing from a hosted party, credit card verification, product availability, etc. Users have a choice of receiving future mailings during the registration process.
Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor contact information (like their email address), and financial information when necessary (like their account or credit card numbers). Our customer contact information is used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. i.e, in the event there is a problem processing an order, corporate changes, or changes in privacy practices. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services. The customer ID numbers are assigned to Web site visitors to verify the contact identity and for use as account numbers in our record system.

Security
This website takes every precaution to protect our vistor information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line. When our registration-order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and protected as on the shopping cart. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just "surfing". Shipping
For hosted parties, product shipment may be done in two ways depending on the guest preferences. Intimate Pleasure Parties will ship all orders to one location, such as to the Intimate Specialist, or the Host of the Parties residence or guests may have their items individually shipped. Shipping costs will vary depending on the specific option.

Shipment of product is done through our preferred shipper, United States Postal Service For any products that are video in nature, only a ground shipper may be used such as, UPS for both domestic and international orders or Federal Express depending onthe item. Standard shipping of all other product types unless weight or size requirements determine the ground carrier will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, Express or Global Express depending on the shipment service of your choice.

Upon completion of your order shipping charges will be asssessed based on the type of shipment and your zone. The ability to track your order here will be available soon, in the mean time please contact us via email or by phone for information on your order.

Product Defect Return Policy
If any item malfunctions upon receipt due to defects in materials or workmanship Intimate Pleasure Parties (via Intimate Associates) will exchange the product for an idential product upon return. Product must be returned within 10 days of receipt and the buyer of the product pays for product return shipping as well as replacement shipping. Please contact us at 925.864.2354 for a Return Authorization Number for your claim. Include your invoice number, account information as well as contact information. After the 10 day period, please use the warrenty card of the manufacturer.

General Returns and Refund Policy
Due to health and safety issues, we can only except manufactured sealed (unopened)products, unless the item is defective. Product returns must be shipped back to us within 10 days of receipt to make any claims. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the item(s). Replacement item(s) will be shipped to you at your expense. Returns of unopened/unused products will have restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price and no refund for shipping.

Undeliverable or Unclaimed Orders All orders returned as undeliverable or unclaimed will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus shipping charges.

We value our Intimate Specialists. When you become an Intimate Specialist participation requirements and policies of joining Intimate Pleasure Parties are covered in a seperate policy document. Information is sent to the Intimate Specialist directly.

Intimate Associates Terms of Use Agreement
You must read and agree to these terms and conditions before you may access or view our sites. Please read them carefully. 10. Limitation on Liability: Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted (and in that event liability is disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law), in no event will Intimate Associates, and/or a braned site by Intimate Associates such as Intimate Pleasure Parties be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including also lost profits arising from your use of the site or the Intimate Associates service, even Intimate Associates, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Intimate Associates, Inc.'s liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to Intimate Associates for the service or product during the term of membership.

11. U.S. Export Controls: Software from this site is further subject to United States export controls. No software from this site may be downloaded or otherwise exported or re-exported (i) into (or to a national or resident of) Cuba, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Iran, Syria, or any other country to which the U.S. has embargoed goods; or (ii) to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Commerce Department's Table of Deny Orders. By downloading or using the Software, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any such country or on any such list.

12. Arbitration of Disputes: Any and all disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Use and/or your relationship with Intimate Associates, Inc. and/or your use of this site shall be submitted to binding arbitration according to the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The parties to the arbitration shall evenly divide any and all costs of the arbitration. Neither party shall be entitled to attorney fees. All parties submit to exclusive jurisdiction in Alameda County, California. The arbitration shall take place exclusively in Alameda County, California at JAMS before a retired judge and shall be governed by California law without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold Intimate Associates, Inc. or any site branded by Intimate Associates such as Intimate Pleasure Parties, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of these Terms of Use and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.
